Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Kaspushop website, published and operated by KASB SYSTEMS. The terms applicable to sales are set out in the terms and conditions of sale. Using the website means accepting these terms.

Service access

• The service includes a public area (store) and a customer area.
• Users undertake to provide accurate information and to keep their access credentials confidential.

Accounts

The customer area relies on the Shopify customer account. You are responsible for actions performed through your access.

Prohibited conduct

• Bypassing authentication, access limits or technical protections.
• Using the service for illegal, misleading activity or activity that infringes third-party rights.
• Scraping or reusing content, data or interfaces at scale without authorization.

Intellectual property

Service elements remain the property of KASB SYSTEMS or its partners. No right is granted beyond normal use of the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, without guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. KASB SYSTEMS may suspend access in case of fraudulent, abusive or security-threatening use.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, KASB SYSTEMS's liability is limited to proven direct damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the consumer may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence or any other court with jurisdiction under the law.
