Scope
These terms of sale apply to sales of products made by KASB SYSTEMS, in its own name, on Kaspushop, to consumers.
Stores operated by third-party merchants via Kaspushop are subject to each merchant's own terms and conditions of sale.
Products and prices
The essential features and prices of products appear on the product pages. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs stated before order confirmation. The information displayed at the time of order prevails.
Order
The order is confirmed after acceptance of the summary and payment. KASB SYSTEMS may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious error, unavailability or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payment is made through the secure checkout page provided by Shopify. Card details do not pass through the site in clear text.
Delivery
Delivery terms, areas and times are stated at the time of order. Risk passes to the consumer upon receipt of the product.
Delivery is offered in mainland France and in the areas indicated at the time of order; methods, costs and times are stated before confirmation, confirmed by e-mail, and run from payment confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. Return costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise.
Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided by law (unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, personalized goods, digital content, etc.).
Legal guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek the amicable resolution of a dispute.
The competent mediator is CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris (www.cm2c.net — contact@cm2c.net). A European online dispute resolution platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
